This Notice is intended to be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control for contractual issues.
2. Types of Communications You May Receive
Depending on how you interact with us, communications may include:

- appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- service onboarding and support messages
- updates related to your account, billing, or service operations
- marketing messages about services, events, or offers (where permitted)

By providing your phone number, submitting a form, booking an appointment, requesting information, participating in an event, or becoming a client, you consent to receive calls and text messages from MDE and our service providers at the number you provide.

4. Consent Is Not Required to Purchase
Your consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, unless explicitly stated at the point of collection where required by law.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services requested. Standard message and data rates may apply.
6. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time:
- SMS: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, when provided

After you opt out, you may still receive non-marketing communications strictly necessary to deliver services you requested or to comply with legal obligations, unless you also request otherwise and such request is legally permissible.

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, compliance, and documentation where permitted by law. By communicating with us by phone, you consent to recording to the extent permitted. If you do not consent, do not use phone-based communication and contact us by email.
8. Accuracy of Contact Information
You represent that the phone number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to provide it. You agree to promptly update your contact information if it changes.
9. Client Use of Calling and Messaging Systems
If MDE provides, configures, or integrates calling, texting, chat, AI receptionist, or automation features for a client, the client is solely responsible for:
- obtaining all legally required consents and authorizations
- providing required consumer disclosures
- honoring opt-outs and suppression rules
- complying with applicable laws, regulations, and carrier policies
MDE provides systems and configuration; clients control their offers, messages, lists, and outreach practices unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed writing.
