MAX DIGITAL EDGE LLC
This page explains the privacy choices available to you when you visit maxdigitaledge.com or interact with Max Digital Edge LLC. Manage your preferences, control cookies, and exercise your privacy rights.
1. Purpose of This Page
This page explains the privacy choices available to you when you visit maxdigitaledge.com or interact with Max Digital Edge LLC ("Max Digital Edge," "MDE," "we," "us"). This page should be read together with our Privacy Policy and State Privacy Notice.
3. Google Analytics Choices
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google requires that we disclose the use of Google Analytics and how it collects and processes data, which can be satisfied by providing a prominent link to Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" page.
You can also opt out of having your site activity available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
4. Advertising and Measurement Choices (Google Ads and Meta Pixel)
We may use advertising and measurement tools such as Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and build audiences for interest-based advertising where allowed by law. Meta's Business Tools Terms require businesses using these tools to provide sufficiently prominent notice about collection, sharing, and usage of Business Tool Data.
You can limit interest-based advertising using industry opt-out tools, including:
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) consumer choice tools (WebChoices)
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out resources
You can also adjust settings related to ad personalization within your Google account (Google Ads settings), including opting out of personalized ads.
5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California and Similar State Rights)
Some U.S. state privacy laws provide the right to opt out of certain disclosures of personal information for targeted advertising. California provides a right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, as defined by law.
To exercise an opt-out request with us, use the request methods in Section 7.
6. Global Privacy Control
If you enable a user-enabled Global Privacy Control signal in your browser or extension, California law treats that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device.
Where required by law and where our systems can reasonably detect it, we will treat Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal.
