User Data Deletion Instructions
Last Updated: April 2, 2026
MAX DIGITAL EDGE LLC
This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with a Max Digital Edge application, including data received through Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business tools, or other Meta-connected workflows. It is intended to satisfy Meta's requirement for a public user data deletion instructions URL.
1. What This Page Covers
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, Facebook Page, ad account, or other Meta-managed asset to a Max Digital Edge application, you may request deletion of the data we received through that connection.
This page applies to app-related data handled by Max Digital Edge LLC. It does not control data stored by Meta on Meta's own platforms.
In line with Facebook's Help Center guidance, removing an app from Facebook stops the app from continuing to access your non-public information through Facebook, but the developer may still have stored information from when you used the app. This page explains how to ask Max Digital Edge to delete that stored information.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of stored app-related data, email privacy@maxdigitaledge.com with the subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request.
If you prefer, you may also mail your request to Max Digital Edge LLC, 6440 Sky Pointe Drive, Suite 140-341, Las Vegas, NV 89131.
For the fastest handling, send the request from the same email address associated with the relevant business, page, account, or Meta-connected workflow.
3. What to Include in Your Request
To help us identify the relevant records, please include as much of the following as possible:
- your full name
- the email address associated with the request
- your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or business name
- the Meta-connected asset or workflow involved
- any account, page, ad account, or app identifiers you can provide
- a copy or screenshot of the Meta removal or deletion confirmation, if available
If you are submitting a request on behalf of a business, we may ask for information that confirms your authority to act for that business.
4. What We Delete
Subject to verification and applicable law, we will delete or de-identify app-related data we received through the relevant Meta connection, or otherwise handle the request in accordance with applicable law and our records practices. This may include connected account details, page or ad-account linkage data, and workflow records tied to that connection.
Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to remove, de-identify, disable, or otherwise stop using the relevant stored data for the affected integration.
5. What We May Retain
We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain basic audit and security records.
If we retain any information for these reasons, we will keep only what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
We do not use this exception language to keep ordinary app data that should be deleted after a valid request.
6. Timing and Verification
We may need to verify your identity or your authority to make the request before we complete deletion. Once verified, we review and process valid deletion requests as promptly as reasonably practicable.
If we need more information, we will contact you using the details you provided.
After completion, we may confirm that the request has been processed.
7. How to Remove the App in Facebook or Meta Settings
You can remove an app or website from Facebook by going to your Facebook account settings, opening Apps and websites, finding the relevant app, and selecting Remove.
Based on Facebook Help Center guidance, removing the app prevents it from continuing to access your non-public information through Facebook. It does not automatically delete information the developer may already have stored.
If you want previously received app-related data deleted from Max Digital Edge systems, you should remove the app in Facebook or Meta settings and also send the deletion request described on this page.
