No. We don't operate as an agency or vendor. We take responsibility for the demand-to-booking system rather than performing isolated marketing tasks.
Do you create demand?
No. Demand already exists in most markets. Our role is to help businesses capture more of that existing demand and reduce loss.
Why is this subscription-based?
Demand capture degrades if it isn't protected. Customer behavior, competitors, platforms, and language change over time. Ongoing responsibility ensures coverage stays intact and improves.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We guarantee visibility into what's built, what's covered, where demand may be leaking, and what's being improved next. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Can I just buy one part of the system?
In some situations, yes. However, the system is designed to work end-to-end. Unbundling increases risk and reduces effectiveness, which is why we don't recommend it.
Who owns the ads, landing pages, and systems?
Max Digital Edge owns the system and licenses it while you're subscribed. This allows us to actively maintain and improve it.
What happens if I cancel?
The system is removed, or you may discuss a private buyout option for a frozen snapshot. Buyout terms are handled individually and are not advertised publicly.
Is ad spend included?
No. Advertising spend is paid directly to platforms like Google. Our role is to ensure that spend converts rather than leaks.
How long does it take to see impact?
Timelines vary by market and starting conditions. Early visibility improvements often happen first, followed by capture improvements over time.
